Precise Crossings Rig 3
American Augers DD-110 drilling rig capable of providing 110,000 lbs. of push/pull and 17,000 ft-lbs of rotary torque. Rig 3 includes a 15m3 drilling fluid mixing & mud recycling system with 1 Derrick Hyper pool shale shaker, 5 Derrick desilter cones and a THE Gardner Denver triplex drilling mud pump. The rig also has a 200 GPM on board triplex mud pump. The drill comes with 4.5” aluminum grade 2014-T6 drill pipe. The Drill itself has been upgraded to deliver 17,000 ft-lbs of rotary torqued. The rig has a custom built pipe loader on the pipe tub which significantly reduces the need for a rig worker to be put at risk while adding or removing pipe.

American Augers DD-440 drilling rig capable of providing 440,000 lbs. of push/pull and 65,000 ft-lbs of rotary torque. Rig 5 includes Pason EDR recording system, 35m3 drilling fluid mixing & mud recycling system 2- Derrick Dual Pool, 1-Brandt King Cobra shakers, centrifuge, and 1-Oilwell PT-600 drilling mud pumps. The drill comes with 5.5” G-135 drill pipe. The rig has a custom built pipe loader on the pipe tub which significantly reduces the need for a rig worker to be put at risk while adding or removing pipe. A secondary Oilwell PT-600 mud pump with a 51m3 scalping system is available for larger crossings.

Vermeer DD-220 drilling rig capable of providing 242,100 lbs. of push/pull and 30,200 ft-lbs of rotary torque. Rig 6 includes a 15m3 drilling fluid mixing & mud recycling system with 1 Derrick Hyper pool shale shaker, 5 Derrick desilter cones and a THE Gardner Denver triplex drilling mud pump. The rig also has a 330 GPM on board triplex mud pump. The drill comes with 5” S135 drill pipe. The rig has a custom built pipe loader on the pipe tub which significantly reduces the need for a rig worker to be put at risk while adding or removing pipe.

American Augers DD-240 drilling rig capable of providing 240,000 lbs. of push/pull and 43,900 ft-lbs of rotary torque. Rig 7 includes a 15m3 drilling fluid mixing & mud recycling system with 1 Derrick Hyper pool shale shaker, 5 Derrick desilter cones and a THE Gardner Denver triplex drilling mud pump. The rig also has a THE Gardner Denver triplex drilling mud pump board. The drill comes with 5” G105 drill pipe. The rig has a custom built pipe loader on the pipe tub which significantly reduces the need for a rig worker to be put at risk while adding or removing pipe.

The spreads can come with water trucks, excavators, exit side winch and any other required equipment.
